About the Role:
You’ll lead an experienced Aftersales team of 11 including:
- 5 Technicians
- 3 Service Advisors
Your focus will be on:
- Overseeing WIP and workshop flow
- Improving efficiency and output in the department
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Being actively involved in the day-to-day operation, not just sitting behind a desk
Importantly, you won’t be required to complete budgets or forecasts; this role is all about people leadership, operational control and driving results where it matters.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in a motor trade aftersales or service management role
- Leads by example and enjoys being present in the workshop
- Knows how to motivate, mentor and manage a diverse team
- Understands workshop KPIs, WIP and efficiency drivers
