Are you an experienced Transaction Manager looking for your next opportunity within a busy main dealer environment?
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Transaction Manager to join an established main dealer in Eastbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has Transaction Manager experience and is looking to take the next step with a successful dealership and strong earning potential.
The Role
As Transaction Manager, you’ll play an important part in supporting the sales team and maximising every sales opportunity, while ensuring customers receive an excellent experience throughout the process.
You’ll need previous experience in a Transaction Manager position within a motor dealership, along with the confidence and commercial awareness to negotiate effectively and support the wider sales team.
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary up to £25,000
- OTE of £55,000+
- 5-day working week
- Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6pm
- Saturday: 9am–5pm
- 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
- Established main dealer environment

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous Transaction Manager experience within the motor trade
- Understands the importance of maximising profitability and sales opportunities
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Is commercially focused and target driven
- Can lead and support a sales team effectively
- Takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience
