An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Trainee / Car Sales Executive to join a successful and fast-paced automotive sales team in Eastbourne. This is an ideal role for someone with some car sales experience — or a strong background in commission-based environments — who is looking to build a high-earning career in car sales.

The Role

You'll be working within a busy showroom environment, supporting customers through their car-buying journey from initial enquiry through to handover. Full training will be provided, making this a great step into the motor trade for someone with the right attitude, drive, and ambition to succeed.

What's on offer

  • Basic salary: £15,995
  • 6-month earnings guarantee up to £30,000
  • Realistic OTE: £45,000 – £50,000
  • Top performers earning up to £95,000
  • Expected earnings: approx. 12–15 units per month to achieve £45k–£50k
  • Monday–Friday 8:30–6 (Day off in the week)
  • Saturday 9–5
  • 1 in 4 Sundays (10–4)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company car + fuel card (including personal use)
  • CBS scheme available for family
  • Private healthcare scheme
  • Onsite parking (including demo vehicles)
