We’re working with a well-established automotive business in the Eastbourne area who are looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to their friendly, customer-focused team. This is a great opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and working in a fast-paced workshop environment — without excessive weekend demands.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Advising on servicing, repairs, and service plans
- Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress
- Preparing job cards and invoices
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (with a 60-minute break)
Saturday rota: 1 in 3, 8:30am – 12:30pm (included in salary)
- Salary: £28,250 per annum
- Bonus: Up to £6,000 plus earnings from service plans
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
