We’re working with a busy, independent car sales business in the Dorking area looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join the team as a Vehicle Delivery Driver, with added site responsibilities for candidates with the right experience.
This is a hands-on, varied role that involves moving vehicles, managing day-to-day logistics, and helping ensure the smooth running of the site. If you have previous experience in site or operations management, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and earn a higher salary + bonus.
Key Responsibilities:- Collecting and delivering vehicles (to garages, MOTs, customers, etc.)
- Managing the day-to-day logistics of vehicle movement
- Supporting general site operations, admin, and customer service
- Occasional car valeting and hands-on assistance as needed
- Overseeing site processes (for experienced candidates)
- £26,000 – £32,000 basic, based on experience and responsibilities
- Bonus scheme linked to operational performance and units sold
- Overtime available
- Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm, with 1 weekday off OR Monday to Friday!
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free onsite parking
- Full UK driving licence
- Over 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Motor trade experience preferred
- Site management experience required for the management role
