Location: Dorking area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus scheme
Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays
Our client, a well-established independent bodyshop group, is seeking an experienced VDA / Estimator to join their team at their site in the Dorking area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled estimator looking for a stable, weekday-only role within a professional and growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out accurate vehicle damage assessments
- Producing repair estimates using Audatex
- Ensuring repair methods comply with manufacturer and insurer standards
- Liaising with technicians, parts suppliers, insurers, and customers
- Managing workflow to support efficient and high-quality repairs
- Previous experience in a VDA / Estimator role within a bodyshop environment
- Audatex proficiency is essential
- ATA accreditation preferred (or willingness to work towards)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
