Crawley | Up to £35,000 DOE | Monday–Friday

The Role
As an Automotive Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales function and ensuring all vehicle administration processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing new and used vehicle sales documentation
- Managing vehicle taxation, registration and invoicing processes
- Liaising with manufacturers, finance companies and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company procedures
- Supporting the wider sales and administration teams as required
About You
To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience as an Automotive Sales Administrator within a franchised dealership or automotive retail environment.
You will also possess:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Experience using dealer management systems would be advantageous
