This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where every day brings variety — from supporting workshops with essential parts to helping keep commercial vehicles on the road. Responsibilities * Accurately identify and supply commercial vehicle parts to retail customers and workshop teams * Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery * Manage stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks * Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to support workshop operations * Provide high-quality customer service and resolve parts-related queries Requirements * Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within commercial vehicles, HGV, or automotive environments * Solid technical or product knowledge, or willingness to quickly learn commercial parts information * Strong organisational and communication skills * Confident IT skills, with experience using stock/parts systems * Detail-focused and customer-oriented approach Salary and Benefits * £32,000 basic salary * Overtime at 1.5× rate * Monthly bonus scheme (£125–£200 typical) * 20 days’ holiday (initially) plus bank holidays * Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.00am–6.00pm (with one-hour lunch) * 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.00am–12.00pm (on rota) This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Parts Advisor with experience to join a respected dealership and build a rewarding career.
