About the Role
You'll lead a team of four sales executives, driving performance across both volume and customer satisfaction (CSI) metrics. You'll be hands-on in the showroom, setting the tone for your team, managing stock, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a retail car sales leadership role (Sales Manager, BM, or TM level)
- A passion for leading from the front and developing others
- A results-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
- An understanding of CSI and its impact on long-term success
