A busy main dealer in Canterbury is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join its service team. This role offers a varied day-to-day, working across reception, administration, and parts, with clear bonus opportunities and structured hours.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and service schedules
- Prepare and progress digital job cards using Service Docs
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and management teams
- Promote retention products and upsell vehicle health checks where appropriate
- Contribute to excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Motivated by targets and bonus opportunities
- Automotive experience is a plus but not essential; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are welcomed
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary £30,000-£31,000
- Bonus averaging £200–£500 per month for bookings, selling retention products, VHC upsells, and CSI scores
- Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm
- 1st Saturday of the month: 8:00am–2:00pm
