Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (45 hours per week). No Weekends.

We're recruiting on behalf of a busy and highly regarded automotive business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a modern, forward‑thinking approach to vehicle repair and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, managing vehicle bookings, providing updates, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Working within a team of three Service Advisors and supporting a workshop of seven Technicians, you'll help manage a steady flow of approximately 20 customers per day through the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers and managing service and repair bookings
  • Liaising with Technicians and the workshop team
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Processing invoices and handling vehicle handovers
  • Delivering an outstanding level of customer service at all times
  • Utilising the company's fully digital systems to manage workflow efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within a Service Advisor role or similar automotive customer‑facing position
  • Trade or automotive industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A customer‑first approach and professional manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
