The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, managing vehicle bookings, providing updates, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Working within a team of three Service Advisors and supporting a workshop of seven Technicians, you'll help manage a steady flow of approximately 20 customers per day through the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting customers and managing service and repair bookings
- Liaising with Technicians and the workshop team
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Processing invoices and handling vehicle handovers
- Delivering an outstanding level of customer service at all times
- Utilising the company's fully digital systems to manage workflow efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a Service Advisor role or similar automotive customer‑facing position
- Trade or automotive industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A customer‑first approach and professional manner
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
