Parts Advisor Salary: £30,300 Basic + Monthly Bonus (£150–£300)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a successful and well-established main dealer group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a professional dealership environment while enjoying a great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both the workshop and retail customers, ensuring parts are supplied efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service while helping to maximise parts sales and department performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and supplying vehicle parts to technicians and customers.
- Processing parts orders and managing stock effectively.
- Handling customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory control.
- Supporting the service department with timely parts availability.
- Working towards departmental targets and delivering excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Parts Advisor experience is preferred.
- Experience within a dealership or automotive environment would be highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with RTC, Power and ETKA systems is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
