Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the service journey
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated
- Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
- Managing job progress and communicating repair recommendations
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve team objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £34,000 basic salary
- Bonus scheme
- Monday to Friday, 44.5 hours (alternating shifts)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am – 12:00pm)
