The Role
As the senior member of the front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the service department operates efficiently. You'll work closely with the workshop, keep customers informed throughout their journey and support the wider team to maintain the high standards expected of a busy main dealer.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised/main dealer environment
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Someone who naturally takes ownership and leads by example
- The confidence to support the department in the Aftersales Manager's absence
Salary and Benefits
- £31,000–£33,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £48,000
