Our client, an Automotive Bodyshop, is seeking an experienced Bodyshop / General Manager to join their busy and expanding workshop. A fantastic opportunity to run a successful body shop where no two days are the same. You will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the body shop in the form of a varied workload. This is an established business that takes pride in providing an excellent service to their customers.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Managing all aspects of body shop operations, including workshop, VDA, reception, and parts.
- Leading a team of around 9 members of staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Delivering vehicle repairs on schedule, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing an excellent service.
For your hard work you will be rewarded with:
- Great starting salary – Up to £50k Basic.
- Opportunity to earn bonus.
- Mon – Fri work week with Saturday Mornings on a rota.
For this role, you must have experience as a manager within an automotive Bodyshop environment.
