Automotive Service Advisor
Slyfield, Guildford (Onsite Parking!)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer in the Slyfield area. This role is available due to internal promotion, offering a great chance to step into a stable, high-performing team with clear progression.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring jobs are managed efficiently from booking to completion.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident handling bookings, job cards, and upselling where appropriate
* A professional, organised, and team-focused approach
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
* Saturday: 1 in 5, 8:00am – 12:00pm
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary up to £31,000
* OTE up to £36,000
* 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Long Service Leave
* Onsite parking
