How to prepare for a job interview at ASI Recruitment
✨Know Your Role Inside Out
Before the interview, make sure you thoroughly understand the responsibilities of the Sales or Service Administrator role. Familiarise yourself with sales administration processes, vehicle invoicing, and customer interactions. This will help you answer questions confidently and show that you're genuinely interested in the position.
✨Showcase Your Communication Skills

Prepare examples of how you've effectively communicated in previous roles, especially over the phone. A confident and professional telephone manner can set you apart from other candidates.
✨Highlight Relevant Experience
If you have previous automotive or dealership experience, make sure to bring it up during the interview. Discuss specific situations where you used your administrative skills or dealt with Dealer Management Systems (DMS). This will demonstrate that you have the practical knowledge needed for the role.

Interviews are a two-way street, so come prepared with thoughtful questions about the team dynamics, company culture, and growth opportunities within the dealership. This shows that you're not just interested in the job, but also in how you can contribute to and grow with the company.
