A successful and expanding Main Dealer in the Chislehurst area is creating a brand-new Assistant Aftersales Manager position to support a busy and growing operation. The reason for the role is simple: the department has become too big for one Aftersales Manager to manage alone. This is a newly created position because the business is growing, the workshop is expanding, and the Aftersales Manager needs additional leadership support to help drive the department forward.
You will be joining an established and successful team consisting of:
- 4 Service Advisors
- 1 Workshop Controller
- 1 Aftersales Manager
- 9 Technicians, increasing to 11-12 in the next month
