Salary and benefits
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Full manufacturer training including EV & Hybrid pathways.
- Performance-related bonus scheme.
- Service Technician: £35,000 + bonus
- Diagnostic Technician: £40,000 + bonus
- Master Technician: £42,000-£45,000 + bonus

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic systems.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately with a first-time fix mindset.
- Supporting workshop efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Working closely with service and workshop control teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Continuously developing skills through EV, Hybrid, and brand-specific training programmes.
