An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful main dealer in Ashford.
This is a rare chance to secure a motor trade role that offers genuine work-life balance, with a Monday to Friday schedule and absolutely no weekend working.

Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repair work.
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and managing expectations.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
- Preparing estimates and invoices whilst upselling additional work where appropriate.
- Delivering an excellent level of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Experience using dealership management systems would be advantageous.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary of £30,500 + bonus.
- Average earnings last year of £37,700.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. No weekends.
