This is a chance to join the UK's number one dealer group for the brand, working within a well-established aftersales department alongside four Service Advisors, including a Senior Advisor. The business continues to perform at a high level and is looking for somebody who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Booking vehicles into the workshop
  • Managing customer enquiries and service bookings
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop control
  • Preparing job cards and invoices
  • Identifying additional work opportunities where appropriate
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in an organised but busy aftersales department
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

  • £30,000 Basic Salary, OTE £36,000
  • Proven Bonus Structure
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • No Weekend Working
