We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-run business seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their friendly and knowledgeable team. This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial vehicle parts experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to customers and technicians alike.
The Role
- Supplying parts and advice for commercial vehicles
- Handling customer and workshop enquiries efficiently
- Identifying and sourcing correct parts quickly and accurately
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the parts department
What We’re Looking For
- Previous commercial vehicle parts experience is essential
- Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
Hours & Pay
- 40 hours per week
- Standard hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Mon to Fri
- 1 in 3 early Saturday shifts (6:00am – 2:00pm)
- Overtime available
- Salary: £35,000 per annum
