The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities include handling enquiries, providing updates, and coordinating with the workshop team to keep everything running efficiently.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30 (30‑minute lunch)
- 1 in 2 Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00 (paid as overtime at time and a half)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 – £15.00
- Annual salary £33,900 – £35,100 + overtime for Saturdays
- 22 days holiday plus
