We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional motor trade environment in the Aldershot area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop teams
  • Providing updates on vehicle progress and costs
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Upselling additional services where appropriate

About You

  • Previous experience in the motor trade is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Experience with commercial vehicles or Kerridge systems would be advantageous, but not essential

What’s on Offer

  • Basic salary of £32,000 – £34,000
  • Annual bonus of £1,500

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm (with a 1-hour break)
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
