We're working with a highly regarded main dealer group looking for a dynamic Aftersales Manager to take the reins of an established small team – with exciting plans to grow. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, this is your chance to make a real impact in a business that values innovation and excellence.
What’s on offer:
- £40,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £55k+ (likely £65k+)
- EV company car – full electric, in line with the group's future-forward approach
- Monday to Friday working only – keep your weekends!
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role:
As Aftersales Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of the Service and Parts departments, driving growth, maintaining high standards of customer care, and mentoring a team on the rise. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have the autonomy to shape the department as it expands.
