We're working on behalf of a friendly, family-run business in the Wallington area who are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join their team.

The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle-buying journey, from the initial enquiry through to the final sale. You'll build rapport, understand customer needs and deliver a professional, personalised experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with prospective customers
- Managing sales enquiries and following up on potential leads
- Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
- Negotiating and closing sales to achieve targets
- Building lasting customer relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with stock
- Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the business
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive
- A proven ability to build rapport, negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A confident, proactive and target-driven approach
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- To be aged 21 or over, in line with company requirements
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence, in accordance with company policy
Previous experience in used car sales would be a distinct advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Five days per week, with a day off during the week
