We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established plant equipment company seeking a Senior Service Controller to play a key role in keeping their operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you’ll be at the heart of the service team—coordinating engineers, managing schedules, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and scheduling customer visits for field service engineers
- Handling incoming customer calls and service requests
- Booking and coordinating work efficiently with engineers
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
- Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar service controller, scheduling, or coordination role
