Service Receptionist
Main Dealer Commercial Workshop! Basic Salary of £34,950! Tonbridge Area
A strong opportunity for an experienced Service Receptionist to join a busy commercial workshop in the Tonbridge area. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, working closely with the workshop team to keep bookings, customer communication and the day-to-day service operation running smoothly. A car or commercial workshop background is required, with experience using Keyloop, Kerridge and 1link highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Managing service reception and customer enquiries.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop.
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated.
- Working closely with technicians and the workshop team.
- Managing job cards, paperwork and general administration.
- Supporting the smooth running of the service department.
Requirements
- Previous Service Reception or Service Advisor experience.
- Background within a car or commercial workshop.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Keyloop, Kerridge and 1link experience desirable.
Salary and Benefits
- £33,415 basic salary (£34,947 with Saturdays)
- Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
- 1-in-4 Saturdays, 7:30am-1pm, paid at 1.5x overtime
