Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and advise customers—building rapport and trust from first drop-off
• Schedule and manage service, MOT, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Communicate clearly with workshop teams to keep jobs moving and customers informed
• Upsell service plans, accessories, repairs, or product enhancements
• Maintain precise service records and job cards through DMS systems
• Be the friendly point of contact for inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-up communications
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:30
• Rotational Saturdays: 1 in every 3, 08:00–12:00 (included in salary)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a Service Advisor role or similar customer-facing motor trade position

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient job turnaround
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
