What’s on Offer
- Salary: Up to £32,000 basic
- Bonus: £400 per month for hitting performance targets
- Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
- Main Dealer Opportunity: Work with leading brands and industry-standard systems

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm; 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers booking, collecting, and enquiring about service and repair work
- Liaising with technicians and management to ensure efficient workshop operations
- Providing accurate service estimates, managing appointments, and maintaining service records
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the service journey
- Promoting additional products and services to meet dealership targets
About You
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role within the motor trade is desirable, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused, professional, and reliable
- Able to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail
