Automotive Service Advisor required in Aylesbury. Up to £35,000 plus bonus OTE £37,000. Monday to Friday with Saturday AM (1 in 3).
Our client, an expanding Automotive Service Centre is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and become an integral part of the Service Department making sure each customer leaves satisfied and with no stone unturned. With an already great reputation, the business is seeking a like-minded colleague to continue this success and its provision to the local area as the best Automotive service.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting customers and scheduling services
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Providing additional services including service plans
- Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.

To be considered for the role, you must have a proven background in customer service. You will ideally hold Automotive experience within Aftersales and it will be your attention to detail and customer care that will set you apart.
