An experienced Vehicle Sales Executive is being sought for a well-established main dealer handling both new and used vehicles. This is a role designed for someone who wants strong earnings without the usual stress - realistic targets, an excellent commission structure, and no Sundays at all. The business offers a stable environment, proper support, and a setup that allows good performers to earn well without living at work.

Responsibilities

  • Selling new and used vehicles
  • Managing enquiries from initial contact through to handover
  • Delivering a professional, compliant, and customer-focused sales process
  • Working to a realistic target of 10 vehicles per month
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge and showroom standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Executive
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Professional approach with a genuine interest in earning well
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary £18,000, increasing to £22,000 shortly
  • OTE £45,000
  • 5-day working week Mon to Fri 8am–6pm, 1-in-3 Sat 9am–5pm, No Sundays
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Bank holidays closed
