I am working with a large, well-run main dealer group to recruit an experienced Service Advisor. This is a strong opportunity to join a professional aftersales operation offering excellent earning potential, clear processes, and long-term career stability within a high-performing dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for service customers
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Preparing accurate job cards and repair orders
- Explaining recommended work and associated costs clearly
- Identifying and upselling additional repair and service opportunities
- Liaising with workshop and technical teams to manage workflow
- Providing regular updates on vehicle progress
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Commercial awareness and confidence in upselling
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Full manual driving licence
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
Salary and Benefits
- £30,000 basic salary
- On-target earnings of £38,000
- Paid Saturday rota (1 in 3) in addition to basic salary
- Upsell bonus and departmental labour sales bonus
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch), Saturdays (1 in 3): 08:00 – 13:00
