We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional motor trade environment in the Aldershot area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership setting.
The Role
- Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
- Liaising with technicians and workshop teams
- Providing updates on vehicle progress and costs
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Upselling additional services where appropriate
About You
- Previous experience in the motor trade is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Experience with commercial vehicles or Kerridge systems would be advantageous, but not essential

- Basic salary of £32,000 – £34,000
