Car Sales Executive – Prestige Main Dealer Walton-on-Thames Area
Compensation
- Basic Salary: £18,000 / £20,000 / £22,000 / £24,000 (Reviewed every 6 months and increased based on the previous 6 months’ performance)
- OTE: £55,000 – £60,000+ (Based on 13 units per month plus product sales)
- Company Car & Fuel Provided
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 3 rota)
- One weekday off
The Role
- Sell vehicles in line with manufacturer and brand standards
- Provide an outstanding, premium-level customer experience
- Achieve and exceed sales and product targets
- Maximise finance, insurance, and add-on opportunities
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Maintain accurate administration and CRM records
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer or prestige experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- A professional, well‑presented, customer‑first approach
- Target‑driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed
- Full UK driving licence
