Engineer – Classic & Custom Vehicle Builds
Full Time | Permanent
We’re supporting a specialist workshop known for producing high-end custom and restored vehicles, and they’re looking to add a skilled Engineer to the team. The right person will be hands-on, methodical, and take real pride in quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engine, gearbox, and drivetrain fitting
– Suspension, brake, steering, and fuel system installation
– MIG welding and chassis fabrication (TIG preferred)
– Fitting lighting, tech features, and power accessories
– Wiring loom work and basic fault-finding
– Body panel alignment and interior fit-out
– Using build specs, checklists, and workshop tools to high standards
What You’ll Need:
– Strong mechanical and rebuild experience
– Confident MIG welder and fabricator
– Good electrical knowledge and tech-fitting ability
– Ability to read diagrams and follow build specs
– High attention to detail and pride in your work
– Clean, methodical approach to building vehicles
– Comfortable working solo or in a small team
