A well-established main dealer is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician to join its workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys tackling complex jobs and wants to work in an organised, well-supported workshop.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics on complex vehicle faults
- Completing high-level mechanical and electrical repairs
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and accurately
- Supporting the wider workshop team with technical expertise
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate job and diagnostic records
Requirements
- Qualified to minimum Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience in diagnostics and complex fault-finding
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary: £40,000 (Diagnostic Technician) / £45,000 (Master Technician)
- Bonus: Average £500–£1,000 per month
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
