Looking for a main dealer Service Advisor role with legit opportunities to progress? This could be an excellent next step. The dealership has a proven track record of developing its people - the Senior Service Advisor I placed here recently is now the Aftersales Manager.
Alongside the opportunity to develop your career, you'll be joining an established main dealer environment with a £30,000 basic salary and £35,000 OTE, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Managing customers throughout the service and repair process.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated.
- Advising customers on servicing, repairs and additional work.
- Liaising closely with the workshop and other dealership departments.
- Providing a professional customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Requirements
- Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience.
- A full, valid driving licence.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
Salary and Benefits
- £30,000 basic salary + bonus scheme
- £35,000 OTE
- Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
- NO WEEKENDS
