We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main dealership in the Brighton area for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy and customer-focused aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual from the motor trade looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive dealership environment.
The Role
- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated
- Upselling additional work and service plans (with commission opportunities)
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Managing job cards, invoicing, and service records
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a motor trade Service Advisor role is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A customer-first approach with the ability to upsell effectively
- Experience with systems such as Power DMS would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence required (maximum 6 points)
What’s on Offer
- £32,000 – £33,000 basic salary
- Bonus scheme (£4,000 – £5,000 per year)
- Commission (£15 per service plan sold)

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
