Mechanical & Technical Skills:
- Engine Rebuilding & Overhauling – Experience working with carburettors, mechanical fuel injection, and early electronic fuel injection systems.
- Transmission & Drivetrain Repairs – Knowledge of manual gearboxes, automatic transmissions, differentials, and axles.
- Suspension & Steering Systems – Ability to work with classic steering systems, including recirculating ball steering and early power steering setups.
- Brake Systems – Understanding of drum brakes, early disc brakes, and vacuum-assisted braking systems.
- Electrical & Wiring – Ability to diagnose and repair classic wiring looms, generators, alternators, relays, and early ECU systems.
