“Professional service starts with great people.” Automotive Service Advisor Eastbourne Area | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.
We’re working with a well-established automotive business in the Eastbourne area who are looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to their friendly, customer-focused team. This is a great opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and working in a fast-paced workshop environment — without excessive weekend demands.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Advising on servicing, repairs, and service plans
- Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress
- Preparing job cards and invoices
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (with a 60-minute break)
- Saturday rota: 1 in 3, 8:30am – 12:30pm (included in salary)

- Salary: ÂŁ28,250 per annum
- Bonus: Up to ÂŁ6,000 plus earnings from service plans
