The Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to take on our global performance marketing, full funnel strategy and implementation. This pivotal role sits within the performance marketing team but will work closely with the wide marketing online trade teams.
You’ll be at the heart of the transformation, shaping full-funnel performance marketing plans that deliver both ROI and reach. The Performance Marketing Manager will assist with the strategy development and execution across Paid Social & Display to accelerate online growth and brand visibility.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Own and scale paid performance across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit & Programmatic (Including YouTube).
- Run A/B testing across campaigns, creative, messaging, formats, audiences and emerging channels to optimise performance output, which lead to growth.
- Write clear creative briefs and work closely with in-house design/content teams.
- Analyse performance daily, turning insights into rapid iteration.
- Track and improve upper funnel, mid funnel and lower funnel measurement.
- Deliver regular reporting, with a focus on understanding CAC, ROAS & LTV.
- Have practical knowledge on tag & data management, including server-side-tracking (CAPI, GTM).
- Partner closely with trading, CRM, Affiliate, SEO & Trade Marketing teams to align performance marketing with commercial goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience building and scaling marketing campaigns globally, with knowledge of regional nuances across UK, US, EU & APAC (would be a bonus).
- Experience managing the full marketing funnel, with a strong focus on identifying and addressing gaps.
- Experience with customer journey mapping.
- Managing a team of at least 1 person.
- Experience working with attribution models. Eg - MTA, MMM & incremental testing.
- Deep knowledge around creative formats & audience segmentation.
