We are seeking a Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of SQL experience to support analytics across key areas of the business. You will help build self‑serve reporting, deliver regular performance insights and support stakeholders with data that improves commercial decisions. This role is hands‑on: you will work with large datasets, build dashboards, investigate trends and proactively surface opportunities across customer behaviour, product performance and digital journeys using a host of tools.

You’ll be joining END.'s Analytics team (team of 3), reporting into the Analytics Lead. We are a central function that supports the business with high‑quality insight, reporting and data‑driven recommendations. We work closely with Commercial Trading, Digital, CRM, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Senior Leadership to understand customer behaviour, commercial performance and the key drivers of growth. We work with modern data and analysis tools including Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Data Studio, Power BI and Bloomreach. Our purpose is to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide decision‑making and help END. grow sustainably and strategically. To do so, we are increasingly utilising AI tools and applications, in particular Claude to bring teams, tools and data together, surface insights and actions and create smooth operating models for business growth. Expertise and interest in this area is welcomed.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Produce regular reporting across core areas (commercial, customer, digital performance, CRM, operations).
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Data Studio (or similar tools such as Tableau/Power BI).
  • Use SQL in BigQuery to analyse large datasets and extract insights around customer behaviour and sales trends.
  • Use Claude to operationalise multiple datasets and sources to drive actions across function.
  • Identify opportunities and risks by monitoring changes in performance and customer patterns.
  • Support forecasting, target‑setting and performance tracking alongside Finance, Marketing and Commercial Trading.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to scope new analytics needs and improve existing data products.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc deep dives to answer strategic questions.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency and data quality across reports and dashboards.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (ideally Google BigQuery, or similar).
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent).
  • Interest and experience in Claude or other similar AI tools and applications.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in retail, e‑commerce, customer analytics or digital performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with experimentation/A‑B testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation or retention analytics.

Besides a competitive salary and an engaging and inclusive workplace we can offer you:

  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Hybrid, with 2 days WFH
  • 40 Hours per week – Monday to Friday
  • Holiday trading (Buy or sell 3 days)
  • Your birthday off
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme
  • Healthcare Cashback Plan
  • Moments that matter gifts (Weddings and Babies)
  • A pension that both you and the company contribute to
  • Generous staff discount
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • And so much more...

We know that great talent comes in many forms. So even if you don’t meet every single criteria, we would still love to hear from you. If you’re passionate, driven, and believe you can contribute to our future success, we encourage you to apply.

Please note: Employment is conditional upon having the legal right to work in the UK for the role offered.
