Our client, a Legal 500 law firm in Farnborough, is seeking two Real Estate Lawyers.
One Real Estate Lawyer will join their Landlord and Tenant team and one will join their Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and client-focused solicitors to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Duties will include:
- The Real Estate Landlord and Tenant Solicitor will be managing a caseload of Landlord and Tenant work, to include lease renewals, head office relocations, lease management and working on the property aspect of corporate transactions.
- The Real Estate Development Solicitor will be managing a caseload of development real estate work.
- Handling cases from initial instruction ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
- Drafting and approving legal documentation.
- Undertaking business development as required.
- Conducting legal research where necessary to support your caseload.
- Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
Desired skills:
- 2 -3 years experience undertaking Real Estate work as a fee earner.
- Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team.
