Our client is looking for an experience and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team in Portsmouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with at least 3 years' PQE to develop their career within a supportive, professional, and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and families.

Key

Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of private client matters.

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering a high standard of client care.

Providing advice to clients on the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

Drafting wills tailored to clients' individual circumstances and handling probate applications.

Assisting with the preparation and submission of inheritance tax documentation.

Liaising effectively with third parties.

Ensuring accurate file management and maintaining compliance with SRA/CILEX regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.

Desired skills required: A minimum of 3 years' PQE with experience dealing with Private Client matters.

Qualification as a Solicitor or CILEX Legal Executive.

Managing a full caseload with no supervision.

Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration, and Inheritance Tax matters.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What they offer: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:15pm this is office based. Salary depending on experience - £50,000 - £60,000. 25 days' annual holiday plus
