Our client, a Legal 500 law firm in Guildford, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Wills drafting
- Probate administration
- Court of Protection / Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
- Trust set up and administration
Duties will include:
- Independently managing a varied caseload of private client matters.
- Providing high-quality, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and Trusts.
- Demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with elderly or incapacitated clients.
- Proactively networking and marketing to generate new business and enhance the firm's reputation.
- Maintaining good billing records and meeting targets within the team.
