An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a firm with offices in and around the Hove area. They are a full-service law firm that is seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to take on an existing varied caseload whilst also undertaking business development.
Duties will include:
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare related documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments.
- Providing employment / TUPE advice where needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams on transactions.
- Active involvement with business development.

- Corporate fee earning experience essential 5+ years PQE.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
