The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling files from initial instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new builds, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
- Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Managing all post-completion formalities.
- Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.

- Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience of 5 years essential.
