Job Description
Our client is a modern law firm with multiple offices across the Hampshire/West Sussex area. Renowned for their commitment to delivering exceptional client care, they pride themselves on providing top-quality legal services to their clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm with a strong focus on fostering teamwork and professional development.
You will advise on a variety of matters to include Divorce (including agricultural/military divorces), Finance and Children matters.
Duties will include:
- Managing own caseload.
- Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters.
- Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
- Drafting various Court Applications.
- Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities.
- Provide support and training to junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will:
- A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5-10 years of PQE.
- Have experience in high net worth cases for pensions / agricultural divorces
- Experience in running your own family caseload.

- Competitive salary: Competitive dependent on experience £54,000 – £64,000.
