Our client is a modern law firm with multiple offices across the Hampshire/West Sussex area. Renowned for their commitment to delivering exceptional client care, they pride themselves on providing top-quality legal services to their clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm with a strong focus on fostering teamwork and professional development. You will advise on a variety of matters to include Divorce (including agricultural/military divorces), Finance and Children matters. Duties will include: Managing own caseload. Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters. Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements. Drafting various Court Applications. Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities. Provide support and training to junior members of the team. The successful candidate will: A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5-10 years of PQE. Have experience in high net worth cases for pensions / agricultural divorces Experience in running your own family caseload. What they offer: Competitive salary: Competitive dependent on experience £54,000 – £64,000. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and office closure during the week of Christmas.
